Perfect spot after a long day!
We stopped here while walking the Test Way and it was just what we needed! The staff were super friendly, and Neil even ran to get us a toothbrush when we forgot ours. Enjoyed tea in the lovely garden and the food was on point, too. Only wish there were more options on the dinner menu.

The room was cozy and had a lovely view that made my morning coffee special. I loved unwinding in the garden area which had a hammock and pretty flower beds. Just a heads-up, the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but it didn’t ruin my overall stay at all! 😊

The Bourne Valley Inn's decor is charmingly rustic, making me feel right at home. I particularly loved how accessible and welcoming the common areas were for a leisurely afternoon tea with friends.
More seating options for comfort would be helpful.

Cozy Stay with Charming Rural Vibe!

The room was nice and very comfortable. Modern decor created a welcoming atmosphere. Great breakfast options. food was hot and well-prepared. Staff members at breakfast were friendly and attentive. the bar and restaurant were closed during my stay without prior notice. I didn’t appreciate the lack of communication, especially since travel plans were made specifically for their amenities. Location added an inconvenience as I had to drive to find food. the room was on the ground floor with no window security, which made it uncomfortable to keep it open. Noise from the car park was also quite disturbing, affecting my sleep. a mix of good and bad experiences worth noting.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, making us feel welcomed right away. The clean, comfy room had thoughtful touches like pillow spray and earplugs that added to our comfort.
The noise from the pub downstairs was noticeable at times.

missingWrote a review on 15 Aprbeer gardenrustic decorquality flavorspoor cleanliness
The two nights spent here offered a charming experience, particularly in the beautiful beer garden—it's a perfect spot for a pint on a sunny day. Dinner had quality flavors, and the rustic decor throughout adds character, giving it that authentic pub feel.
Cleanliness left much to be desired. the room needed a thorough deep clean, with visible dust and dirt as unwelcome guests. Poor lighting made getting ready a chore, and missing amenities like a kettle or milk for tea were pretty disappointing. To add to that, noise from the kitchen and inconsistent heating spoiled what could have been a relaxing atmosphere. the pub area's carpet showed signs of wear and tear that could use some attention. while there were some appealing elements, attention to detail felt lacking.
